As projects are delayed, are you finding yourself having to manually update your projects' start & due dates within your portfolios?

If you don't, you may notice that within your project's 'Gantt' view, the project's due date is not in sync with the last task or milestone.

This will also look wrong in your portfolio's 'Timeline' view, since milestones appear beyond the project's due date! How about this was all synced instead?

Our recurring automation will search through each project within the portfolio and find the task with the earliest start date and the task with the latest due date...

...and it will populate these dates into the portfolio's 'Due date' field for all your projects which means all your 'Duration' and 'Time remaining' fields will be also be synced...

...and your portfolio's 'Timeline' will also always look correct!

What this custom app does

✅ Scans through each project within a portfolio or multiple portfolios that you define

✅ Finds the task with the earliest start date and the task with the latest due date within each project

✅ Sets those two date values to each project's date field within the portfolio(s)

✅ Repeats the entire process every X hours, daily, weekly, or as per your requirements

Based on the frequency that the automation runs as well as the total number of tasks within the project(s) within the portfolio(s) you define.
