Frequently asked questions

1. What are Asana licences and why do we need them?

Asana is a web-based work management platform which is offered in various pricing tiers, each with its own features. On paid tiers, you’ll need to purchase one licence for each member of your team or company.

You do not need to purchase a licence for users outside your organisation. Anyone invited to your Asana space without using your company’s domain email will be considered a Guest user and will not require a licence.

2. How do we qualify to purchases licences through you?

New customers: You’ll need to purchase a minimum of 5 licences on any Asana plan, on an annual payment cycle.

Existing customers: You’ll need to either:

  • Upgrade to a higher pricing tier, or

  • Increase the number of licences (seats/users) by 25%.

If you are paying monthly, you’ll also need to switch to an annual cycle.

3. How much will we pay for licences if we purchase them from you?

New customers: Eligible for up to 10% off your first annual subscription if you purchase at least 15 licences.

Existing customers: You may also qualify for a discount on your first annual subscription if you meet the conditions above (see question 2). Discounts depend on whether you upgrade tiers, change to annual billing, or increase your licence count. After your first year with us as your Asana Partner, pricing will follow Asana's pricing.

4. How does the payment process work and how do we pay you?

We’ll send you a quote based on your plan and the number of seats you require. Once you accept, we’ll issue an invoice. After payment, we place the order with Asana to activate your licences, which typically takes 2–3 days. If you are currently being billed by Asana, any prepaid balance will be refunded to you by Asana, and your renewal date will be reset.

Invoices can be paid via wire transfer or secure credit card payment.

5. What changes when we pay our licences to you and who is the billing owner?

When you partner with us, we become the billing owner for your Asana licences. We’ll send reminders for your annual payments and handle any billing questions directly - so you can contact us instead of Asana.

6. How many licences can we purchase from you?

You can purchase as many licences as your team requires, following Asana’s current bundles: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 125, 150, 175, 200, 225, or 250. If you need more than 250 licences, please contact us.

The minimum number we can sell is 5 licenses.

7. What is the 'unlimited asynchronous support' that you offer?

If you purchase licences through us, we’ll set up an Asana project board for your team to post questions about Asana usage.

  • We review and answer within 24 hours or less.

  • For urgent issues, you can call or email us.

  • For more complex questions, or if you need custom workflows, we’ll suggest an online session (up to 30 minutes free of charge).

8. What are the 'free live consultations' that you offer?

As your Asana Partner, we provide complimentary live check-in calls every 3 months. These sessions cover adoption, engagement, and any questions you have. We also offer free consultations anytime you need to evaluate or discuss your Asana plan and licences - for example, if you’re considering an upgrade or expansion.
