You provide a Field title, optionally a Description, and then click “Recommend.” The AI will generate dropdown options, which you can accept, edit, or retry.
How to Use Asana AI Custom Fields
To use this feature:
Open the Customize menu in any project.
Click Add custom field.
Choose Single-select or Multi-select as the field type.
Enter a Field title—this acts as your main prompt.
(Optional but recommended) Click + Add description to add more context for smarter results.

Want a shorter format? Try this description instead:
Abbreviate weeks as Wk 1, Wk 2... no emojis."
